Clean with care.
Use the installer-recommended cleaner and method. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and acidic cleaners unless specifically approved for your system.
Protect the surface.
Use furniture pads and avoid dragging heavy items. Scratch resistance does not mean scratch-proof.
Respond to spills.
Clean spills promptly. Follow the product guidance for any chemical exposure and ask before trying an unfamiliar cleaner.

Five-year
limited warranty.
The current installation agreement covers adhesion-related peeling and delamination under normal residential use for five years.
Coverage is limited to the repair of verified covered defects. Exclusions include impact damage, chemical exposure, moisture vapour transmission, structural movement, abuse, flooding, Acts of God and improper maintenance.
Natural variation in tone, texture and metallic movement is part of a handcrafted finish. Commercial warranty terms must be confirmed separately.
